Ms Bulley, a mother-of-two, went missing while she was out walking her dog Willow near her home in Chorlton, Manchester.
She was last seen around 6.30pm that evening, dressed appropriately for the cold weather.

Police have no evidence to suggest Ms Bulley entered the river, although certain parts of the riverbank have been described as “treacherous”.
Family members have spoken of Nicola being in “very upbeat” spirits, happily planning activities with her family when she vanished.
